Neil Greer's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building companies that eliminate substantial customer pain points is paramount to Impact Engine, Inc.'s continued success. Neil has worked in the Media industry in online advertising and CRM solutions since 1994. His career focuses on hosted solutions and agency services for online advertising, marketing and sales force automation.

At the age of 24, Neil founded an interactive agency named VCC which he rapidly grew to one of San Diego's leading interactive agencies. He developed a blue chip client base including American Online (Digital Cities), Tribune (Signonsandiego.com), Costco Auto, Hewlett Packard, Hyatt Hotels, San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Advertising Club and several other local and national accounts.

His agency built some of the first hosted advertising solutions for local and national online newspapers; primarily for managing and serving online ads for automotive and real estate with tie-ins into the MLS, ADP and Reynolds and Reynolds mainframe systems.

While operating the interactive agency, Neil invented a system that automated lead flow from any web based lead capture system into any relational database or CRM system. The invention was eventually spun out into a venture capital firm called V2Commerce. V2 became one of the first hosted CRM companies for small business advertisers.

Under Mr. Greer's direction, Impact Engine has experienced exponential growth, launched 2 products and recently obtained the company's first round of outside financing. This recent accomplishment enables Mr. Greer to further the mission that he shares with all members of the Impact Engine team; advancing advertisers and empowering communicators through hosted advertising solutions.

Mr. Greer holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University and an Undergraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from the University
of San Diego. He is also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Metlife.

He has appeared on NBC and CNNfn.com as an expert voice in technology ventures and raising venture capital. He also speaks regularly at the Entrepreneurial Management Center at SDSU in San Diego, California.

As Founder and Vice President of Business Development, Bryan Depew has built Impact Engine, Inc. from the ground up. His strategic vision and unique ability to right fit solutions to specific customer needs insure Impact Engine’s future success.

Bryan Depew is a proven Sales and Marketing Professional with over 10 years of technology sales and management experience. He has led Impact Engine's sales, marketing, and business development efforts since its inception, and continues to forge strategic alliances with new customers and channel partners. One of Bryan’s top priorities is ensuring product usability through his work with both customers and industry experts to consistently refine and improve Impact Engine’s multimedia solutions.

Mr. Depew believes that Impact Engine’s unique culture of creativity, pro-activity, and positive energy has been the primary driver for turning the management team’s strategic vision into reality. One of his most notable recent accomplishments has been successfully launching and growing Impact Engine as a “dot com” under extremely adverse market conditions. Rather than simply pushing big concepts outward and hoping the market would react favorably, under Mr. Depew’s direction Impact Engine has instead developed a highly tuned line of communication with its customer base - achieving success by directly addressing the customers’ primary pain points.

Prior to Impact Engine, Mr. Depew was an accomplished executive in Real Estate Development. After graduating from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics he served as head of the land division for Grubb and Ellis in San Diego.

Bryan’s personal passions include surfing, traveling, and enjoying quality time with his fiancé, Sanna.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Tina Carnow, oversees all of Impact Engine’s sales operations. Her crossover expertise in technology solutions, media, and online publishing make her an incredible asset to the Management Team.

Tina Carnow brings over 20 years of Sales and Business Development experience to the Impact Engine Management Team. In addition to overseeing all client account activities, Ms. Carnow works to develop strong channel partnerships. One of her primary objectives is to demonstrate Impact Engine’s ability to provide enhanced sales effectiveness and increased profitability for its clients in the area of online advertising.

Ms. Carnow brings more than 12 years experience in the area of technology solutions, having worked for corporations including Adicio, Inc. and SAIC. As a Media Account Executive at Adicio, Inc., she worked with major media clients to provide them with a web-based, unified online classified software solution. As a Business Development Manager for SAIC's Security and Transportation Technology Group, she doubled the group’s new business revenues her first year providing technology and security solutions for the maritime ports and transportation industry.

In addition to her experience in the technology field, she served 5 years as a Board Member and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Athena Laboratory, Inc., an environmental testing laboratory. As VP at Athena, Ms. Carnow built the company from the ground up securing significant contracts with the City of Chicago and many large environmental consulting firms in the Chicago area.

Carnow received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ms Carnow’s personal interests include playing tennis and world travel. She also enjoys volunteering for charitable organizations, especially those focused on helping children with illnesses and the homeless.

Tracey Lonson, VP of Creative Services, is a natural leader with a proven track record for success. She brings a solid blend of advertising agency experience and traditional marketing and branding expertise to the Impact Engine management team.

Tracey Lonson has over 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, sales, project management, and account services. She is a quintessential example of an Impact Engine customer. In fact, prior to joining Impact Engine, she used the company’s multimedia solutions to achieve successful results. This first-hand experience and invaluable perspective enable Ms. Lonson to develop and execute marketing campaigns that truly communicate Impact Engine’s value proposition to its customers.

Ms. Lonson identifies with her target audience and understands that many marketers have full liability to market and sell products without sufficient budget or resources. Furthermore, her advertising agency experience has given her a clear understanding of the fact that media buying, placement, and production can be a painful process. She is enthusiastic about Impact Engine’s multimedia solutions because they truly eliminate these industry pain points.

Tracey began her career at Plum Productions in Santa Monica, California as a production and creative assistant. She then transitioned into the Internet world when she joined NextLeft, a San Diego company specializing in Internet Business Solutions. Ms. Lonson played an integral role in growing NextLeft from a team of 5 to a company of 300. From there, she went on to managing strategic partnerships and developing successful marketing and advertising solutions for Clear Channel Communications and Ad Ease, a full service advertising and public relations agency in San Diego. Prior to joining Impact Engine, Ms. Lonson proved herself as a results-oriented Director of Marketing for Del Mar Heritage, LLC, a leading residential and commercial developer, while simultaneously obtaining her California Department of Real Estate (DRE) License.

Tracey Lonson lives in La Mesa with her husband, Justin, and dog, Keeno. She loves to cook, scuba dive, travel, and unwind in La Fonda, Baja for weekend getaways.

VP of Engineering Alex Zubko has a passion for web delivered multimedia. His superior technical skills and extensive experience developing rich media applications contribute greatly to the effectiveness of Impact Engine’s multimedia solutions.

Alex Zubko has been deeply involved with web delivered multimedia since early in its inception. He learned early in his career that he had an innate talent for developing rich media applications. His 14+ years of professional experience exemplifies his entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and management abilities. He has spent the last 7 years building a proven track record as an elite developer of rich media applications. Mr. Zubko works diligently to enhance Impact Engine’s suite of rich media solutions for the purpose of bringing the power and magic of the web into the hands of the masses.

Mr. Zubko believes that Impact Engine’s concept holds great promise for the future of high impact media. At the core of his success as Impact Engine’s Engineering Director is his deep understanding of how to make powerful technology useful and usable by just about anyone.

After studying Mechanical Engineering at California Polytechnic University Pomona and successfully applying his technical skills for a large, international construction company, Mr. Zubko chose a career shift. He began freelance Web design, and moved on to work for PurchasePro.com, a large business-to-business application service provider (ASP) that thrived during the dot-com boom. He was initially hired into PurchasePro’s training department developing and producing Flash demos, presentations and tutorials. By the end of his tenure at PurchasePro, he was the lead rich internet application developer having created dynamically generated presentations, real time reverse-auction charts, interactive animated web assistants, and visual data-mapping tools. Prior to joining Impact Engine, Mr. Zubko also developed a proprietary product, FormBuilder, which was a stepping stone to his success in building rich internet solutions for Impact Engine.

Alex Zubko is a self-proclaimed "simple guy" who enjoys physical fitness, rollerblading and spending time at the beach. One of his near term goals is learning to surf as he’s been told that once you get up on top of a wave you’ll never be the same.
